I often wonder what the ideal life would be. I guess it ranges from personality to personality whilst one person could be completely happy studying at uni their entire life, another could be happy being a school janitor, whilst yet another can find happiness in a doctoring. Their are many career paths that are open to us in which we look to provide happiness, though as I have found out, they take a decent amount of searching to find out.

Emptiness
The worst feeling in the world.
I hate it when you feel like you finally have your life on track and everything is going well for you. Then all of the sudden its like a trapdoor opens upon you, and everything falls through. And nothing is how it seems.

Rush
The Christmas celebrations have begun already, Christmas is definitely the most favourite time of year for me, to share the joy with everyone else. And I pretty much love the old Christmas movies they show on tele. Bought some decent glass ornaments for a change today, so much better quality about time I say. I love the rush of Christmas shopping and the hurry everyone is in. The long register lines. The full car-parks. I love Christmas time.
Bought this today as well.

I'll put it simple and greatly defined.
Epic.

Unnecessary
I tend to point out small minor even minuscule detail in things, in everything, in life. I guess it falls under the same aspect that I over analyse things a little to much. But once i am finished analysing and criticising it, I generally just let it fly on by.
Loving holidays at the moment, apart from this terrible heat. Its great!

Arcade was awesome fun!
I really need to invest in a decent camera, ala Nikon D60.

Back To The Future
-By Paul Boustead
Does the future scare you?
It scares the living shit out of me! The future is unknown, and although some will tell you they can see or predict the future truth is... They can't. No one can be absolutely certain what will happen next year, next month, next week or even in the next minute. Who's to say that when we close our eyes at night we will open them again the next morning.
In Australia the year 12 students finished their schooling and good luck to them all. Next year I will be in their position and I'm once again scared. I have no idea what I want to do when I finish school and am quite happy in my comfort zone at school. School gives me something to do, and whilst I am 99% sure I will be going to university I have no idea what I wish to study.
The future is unknown and whilst I AM scared, the fright does not come without excitement for what the future holds.
Peace out.

Congratulations to all the year 12's that finished today and good luck.
I'm feeling two things right now, happiness/joy for basically being in year 12, and I am also feeling nervous/shit scared.

Effort
I am sick to death, of people dropping out of school due to the 'workload'. Did/do they honestly think senior years would be a light workload, especially if you are going for an OP.
Then they drop out, because there sick of all the work. When they never did it completely in the first place. Do they think that everything will just be handed out to them throughout their lives, and that they will never have to work hard for anything?! And then they go and say that their parents are putting to much pressure on them, when all their parents want them to do is for them to succeed.
It annoys the hell out of me, grow the hell up.

Mundane
People go about their lives, in-fact some people go about their lives the exact same way each week. They get up at the same time each day, take the same route to work, eat the same meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They partake in the exact same day-to-day activities. Life becomes such a bore, they grow old and eventually fade away. I hate watching people who do the same things day in, day out and it shits me off to the max.
I have come to the realisation that Blogger, turns your pictures into a shit quality! What an outrage, exact same picture, uploaded through the bucket.

I just got the biggest sense of De Ja Vu. Weird.

Notions
Literature, such an overwhelming concept it is everywhere around us. The past couple of months I have been reading a lot things and taking notice of heaps of things as well, I love reading blogs from all different points of view, and peoples opinions on the most wacky topics. I love listening to Hack on Triple J every afternoon at 5:30. I love watching countless episodes of Boston Legal before I go to sleep each night. I love reading my book Watchmen.
I guess you could say I love Literature and everything that concerns it.

Revolution
I find how insanely easy it is for someone to make a bomb, anyone with half a brain could make one, and then use it to claim the innocent lives of thousands by reading some details off the internet, its completely ridiculous.
I haven't wrote a decent blog, discussing my thoughts on a topic in a fair amount of time, but rest assured my thoughts will be put forward soon.
The Obama revolution is here.
Don't worry bout nothin'.

Winning
Well, I got a first in the Melbourne cup, was quite an epic race. Pitty I only put $1 e/w on Viewed though, otherwise I'd have been filthy rich by now. Bart Cummings is an absolute legend.

If Obama doesn't win this election which will be announced in the next 42 hours, we are all doomed. Seriously if Mccain and Palin get in, who are completely insane, we are sure as hell doomed.
Vote for change.

How heartbreaking is it when something you once cherished fades away; drops out of your life, and you barely even notice it. And then all of the sudden its as though it never impacted on your life at all.
How heartbreaking is it when a father cant even look his own son in the eye.
Lets go back to the good days.

Epic
We over examine everything to the point were it basically becomes non existent, we nit-pick every minor detail on everything in our lives until it loses all importance, all the importance that made you look at its finer details to start with and it becomes just a minuscule object in our very complicated lives.

Masks
Everyday people hide behind something there not, wether that be by using makeup to concele something or how someone dresses or just how they act in general. People are always keeping their identities to themselves afraid that someone will judge them, afraid a complete stranger will judge them, a complete stranger who is afraid of another complete stranger judging them.

Misplaced
Imagine being the outsider in a world in which you have grown up in, you wake up one day and are seen differently by the people who you surround yourself with, and in general just feel miniscule and insignifigant as though you havent contributed anything to society. Imagine how that would feel. I dont plan to feel that ghastly feeling, instead I plan to feel as though I have accomplished something in my life, made it worth living and most of all impacted on anothers live in a good way. I was once asked find the joy in my life, and I plan to do just that, thats one hell of an aspiration im willing to chase.

Clockwork
Often I like to think about, how and why rather then just the end of something happening, my mind often wonders into the unknown conspiracies of this strange world in which we occupy, things such as religion, life cycles, how the earth became, etc, etc. You get my point, I guess I analyse things and evaluate them, maybe to much, maybe sometimes not enough, maybe I should just let things slid. But wheres the fun in that? I believe everything always happens for a reason, even though that reason may not relate directly to the occurrence anyway, its still for a reason, of some sort.
Oh I hate uncertainties to.

Social Diversity
There is so much diversity in todays world, races, religions, sports, countries, state to state, city to city, mate to mate (excuse the pun). The one that concerns me the most is racial diversity and tension, for god sake does the colour of ones skin define the person they are, or the person they could be? Why should we discriminate against another just because there skin is of a different colour to us, are we that emotionally unstable that we have to nitpick at the most minor differences to make it such a major issue. I was watching a infomercial late the other night, and they classed a woman's hair as being 'African-American' are we that different from each other that we each have a set way to wear or colour our hair. And whats worse is that in America they are making possibly the biggest decision the nation has ever had to face at a time like this (Recession), and Obama being the obvious correct decision is overrun by McCain simply because of the colour of his skin. It depresses me to the absolute maximum.
I got a sports massage this afternoon, my 4th one now. It is the most painstaking thing i have ever sat through, however after 2/3 days it feels like heaven. Hannah, my masseur, we have a love-hate relationship, she loves me, and I hate her for the pain she puts me through, then go back to loving her 1/2 days later :).
I heard one of the most depressing stories from one of my teachers today, it taught me that, never let anyone pull you down or away from your dreams. No matter how bad the situation may be. Stick to your guns and eventually in the end i guarantee you it will pay off.

Priorities
"You need to get your priorities right", such a true statement amongst Generation Y, i look around and feel almost ashamed towards other people's priorities and i guess morals are on the same page as well. What parties are on, on the weekend are what they are more concerned about rather then focusing on what they want to be, who they want to be, and actually making something decent out of their lives and enjoying it in the same token. I guess it could just be me, and the strong beliefs and morals in which i maintain, maybe i need to relax a little, maybe just maybe... maybe i want to actually be something.

Crisis
We are on the verge of a global economy breakdown, and yet we are more worried about that then the living state of millions of people in 3rd and 2nd world countries. Maybe if we had looked at those countries and getting there economic standards 'up to scratch' first, then they may of been able to hold there on throughout this crisis, instead the U.S government choose to give out money to its population who instead of doing what the government intended of them spending it, did what any smart person would do when there nation is on the verge or reccesion and they banked + saved it. Would it have not been beneficial to both parties by helping the living standards of these countries which would then be able to provide more worldwide revenue, rather then just revenue within your own country. Eh there just my thoughts...
My new backpack arrived today, so so stoked.

Picked up some lollies today to, love British lollies so much ! :)

The Pursuit of Happyness
True happiness, I believe true happiness is not measured by how much money you have, or by what you own. Money can never buy true happiness, sure it can buy spurs of happiness such as when you buy a new car, or shoes for example, but it definitely cannot provide true life long happiness. Nor is it calculated by the amount of friends you have. Rather i would like to think it can be measured by how you yourself reflect on your life, and the memories you have made with the people you surround yourself with.
Can you imagine being as happy as a Buddha.

Mucked around with a half decent camera today, was good fun

yew :). Got my new book today to !

Lie's, All Lie's
Truth's like a blanket that always leaves your feet cold. You push it, stretch it, it'll never be enough. You kick at it, beat it, it'll never cover any of us. From the moment we enter crying to the moment we leave dying, it'll just cover your face as you wail and cry and scream.
I absolutely despise liars, one lie basically ruined my life, and how I have grown to be the person I am today. So if someone lies to me or about me, chances are I wont like you. I guess truth and trust can both fall under the same categories as I guess trust comes with the truth, and you wont earn my trust unless I know you, yourself can tell the truth, and can see the truth. And trust me, I can read you like a book.
Kicked it back relaxing all day today, was good fun. Watched 'The Bucket List' last night, I can honestly say that it is the most awe inspiring movie that I have ever seen, it is so damn motivational and inspirational, lovin' it sic. Also watched 'Charlie Wilsons War' today quite a smart movie that really got you thinking, didn't like it that much though.

Chill
Chilled all day today was mega sweet, enjoying your own company is always good, and just sitting back thinking about shit, on the otherhand triple j is hell sweet.

Hired some movies out tonight to entertain me a little, i usually get movies that make you think about them and the perceptions behind them, and what the movie itself wants you to get out of it.
I hired, The Bucket List, Charlie Wilson's War, and Boston Legal season 1. Absolutley loving Boston Legal at the moment. I will let you know how the movies are.

Known unknowns
Curiosity, basically what makes our strange world go around. We are always curious as to find out things about people, curious to see things, to hear things and feel things. Most of the time curiosity hurts or depresses ourselves. So why are we always curious to find those things out.
I personally think its human nature to be curious and look into the unknown as man has done so many times, whether they pay off or fail, it all shapes the person you come to be.
Lunch today, pizza from dom's :)

Been real lazy on the blog entrys lately, a lack of sleep is a major factor contributing to that.
The global recession at the moment absolutely scares the shit out of me, so many points i could talk about on that topic but id rather not go into, because of how in depth the actual situation is.
I have drawn to a conclusion that i need to purchase a decent camera and a backpack as well, then more clothing + shoes.
Adding pictures to this blog, is good adds more touch to the story, ill try and take more from now on.

People
Its amazing how people change on you, you can think you know someone, Hell! You can confess love for someone. The very most powerful and emotional statement of affection in the English language... And then it can all be gone as swiftly as it took you to say the most difficult three words to say to anyone.
Its commonplace for people to change every day in our society and there absolutely is nothing we can do about it. We have to learn accept it and move on. I'm sick of finding people who I think will always be there for me and have my back, then after a few months or years finding there nowhere to be seen nor heard. At least i think i currently have someone who I can rely on, it may not be forever, but its doing just fine for now... And I wont be giving it up without a fight.
On a more lighter note, hanging with mates these past few days has made me appreciate them so much more, and the friendships in which we uphold. Its quite enjoyable. We hit the driving range up tonight for some good laughs and hits.

Thoughts
Today was a relatively fun and good day, played tennis with some good mates, which was quite enjoyable, got a mac attack and just generally chilled with mates which is always good fun.
Feel like watching a movie with thought and a basis behind it, tonight, and i think im going to go for "Stranger Than Fiction" i thoroughly enjoyed that movie the first time i saw it. And have found a growing to it ever since, especially the expansive use of literature in the movie itself, and what it stands for.
The average human being has over 50,000 thoughts a day, I can honestly say at least 1/10th of that, i would be thinking about shoes, they have basically consumed my life, as well as my thoughts.
I know where im going by where I've been.

This blogging idea is growing on me, before i actually started my blog, I have read hundreds of entries from sneaker heads and store owners, its quite interesting to read about their business and their day to day travels as well as the random things they throw in occasionally. Its basically were i draw influence from.
Today was officially the first day of holidays, and what a waste it was, pretty much laid around all day, ate pizza, read blogs, looked at sneakers, listened to triple j.
Oh picked these up last week to, liking them muchly, growing on me each day.

Monday is pretty much the highlight of my week for television, you cant go wrong with shows like, 90210, Boston Legal and 30 Rock.
Tuesdays are pretty decent to with Packed To The Rafters and NCIS.
Took this sunset snap the other day, sunset and moonlights are my favourite times of day, moonlight mainly cause that is when i can say hi to my grandfather who has passed.

Stay Classy.

Modern Mentality's
The mentality of todays youth astounds me, i don't understand, how they think that its 'cool' to not be smart and not get good grades in school, in fact they think its cool to do the exact opposite.
I think that will all change in the future though, when the smart ones become the ones with money, and the ones that think its 'cool' not to study are not earning, or are dole bludging on a terrible wage.
On a different note I came across this new store yesterday quite happy that Cairns finally has a shop that is quite decent and stocks some good brands, here is there website ;

I need to find a decent girl now, there alot harder to stumble upon though
